Devices under a state certificate

People with disabilities in Armenia can receive several QaylTech devices under a state certificate. The person or their representative can apply.

    Get a certificate

    Apply to a regional centre of the Unified Social Service and receive a state certificate.

  2. 2

    Prepare the documents

    An ID document, your social security number or a statement that you have none, the disability determination, and an individual rehabilitation plan that lists the device. A representative also needs a power of attorney.

    Come to QaylTech

    Bring the certificate and documents to us, and we will help you choose and fit the device.
