"Historical overview" of the creation of the gait stimulaton device (Qaylaber). when there is faith, there will be results.

After the Four Day War in 2016, the number of people who received military disabilities as a result of combat operations increased, and, in parallel, the problem of providing them with rehabilitation treatment arose.

David Arsenyan and his kinesiologist friends began working with them in the rehabilitation center, providing rehabilitation processes day and night, which were mostly done manually without assistive equipment, requiring a lot of effort, physical strength and a lot of stress. During their work, many of them had positive changes and even scientifically incredible cases of recovery, but after discharge from the rehabilitation center, they were not always able to continue rehabilitation at home, so until their next visit to the rehabilitation center, they mostly wrote their health status back.

David set a goal for himself and his team to have Armenian-made rehabilitation equipment that:

-Simulate daily walking and would prevent possible diseases that develop with a sedentary lifestyle,

- Would allow remote rehabilitation at home,

- They would be easy to use even without the assistance and physical involvement of a caregiver,

- They would shorten recovery time and maximize positive outcomes and health conditions,

- Eliminate the need for physical force on the part of the parent or caregiver.

Thus, a gait stimulaton device (Qaylaber) was created, the name of which was not chosen by chance, because it implements a full simulation of walking, and all the muscles activated by walking are in motion.

Along with the device itself, the team has developed and is implementing innovative methods, which we will tell you about shortly.
